need misty flip clip -

hey guys i wanna learn misty flips so could some1 post a clip and a guide? if not just a clip and i could learn from that cuz i was tryin to do an arial and my gymnastics coach said it looked like a weird but cool misty flip. i really need some help.

moves i got

where you might think of an arial as a no-handed cartwheel, the misty is more like a no-handed round-off. the only way i really know how to explain it is kinda like a double-leg 540 where the kick goes over your shoulder and your body follows. ...sorry, that might not be much help...

a misty flip is actually a back 180, or a gainer back 180, where as a no handed roundoff is called the barani. arial into a misty would be sweet, but you gotta turn a little on your landing and do the gainer version. im trying that tomorrow, thanx for the idea dude
