backflips and back hand springs

i can do frontflips and fhs all easy but when it goes the opposite way i cant and i dont know why cause i can do them easily on the tramp. any suggestions??

I suggest you go to "flipz backflip guide"

Also when i get a digital camcorder i can send it in so you guys can see.
