ok my friend is goin to help me with my backflips and frontflips but he doesnt know what to do. can any one tell me wat to do wen your a spotter? thanks

*a spotter makes sure you never land on your head. for backflip, ask him to place one hand on the lower back and another behind the knees. tell him to rotate you over if you find that you are never going to make it.

*a spotter tells you what you are doing wrong and correct your technique.

*a spotter diminishes your fear.
