my opinions - maybe because ure in ur boxers, making it look all ugly.. make ur legs a bit straighter, io see whats wrong with it |

I had the same problem when I first started those. You have to jump off with both feet at the same time. When you first start to do these try to pull in at the top to increase your centriptle force and then land with both feet together just like you took off. When you get that then you can do it with both legs togther and straight out.

my double leg is really junk. i land on my knees and hands, i thought it was beacuse i didnt jump. now there alittle better but there still really bad. my double leg is like 1 foot off the ground. how do i get more hight? do i jump then swing my arms up or swing arms then jump or is it the arms throw up hard (for high) and no jumpin?

Like all jumps and flips the key is to wait till the very summit of it and then do the trick. If you do it to early you won't get any height. You have to wait till the very very last second of your jumps highest point and then do the trick, otherwise it's time to bite the dust. This works with butterfly twists too, whait for the top of the butterfly than do the twist. In my opinion one of the hradest flips out there to do and make look good is the duplex but just keep doing it and it will become better.

oh my bad i forgot a key thing to the duplex. You have to tork your upperbody first and than let your legs follow.

swing your arms and jump with both legs , and all the force comes from twisting your hips, and try one leg first then both, good luck.
