in step 4 when you flip yourself over. I keep landing on my face, is this because of lack of arm strength or something else?
EDIT: actually, dont worry, i did it, wasn't that hard after all. Step 5, here i come O_o owww, my hands starting to hurt. |

Hi Hiddin Image,
Just to make sure I got it right: In step 3, in C, when you say "do a backward somersault" do you mean back flip/back tuck or a back roll on the ground like in step 2 B? Thanks! |

Is step four supposed to be a bridge walk over or something else? If it is... Not everyone can do that, and if it isn't... Can you explain it in a little more detail or maybe get a couple of pics or something? Thanks man.

in step 4, i can flip myself over and i'm sure i'm ready to go onto step 5, but i'm rather slow at getting my whole body over. Like, it takes a few seconds instead of one quick flip over. Is there a certain speed i should flip myself over at or can/should i just move onto the last step once i can do it? Also, i tend to flip one leg over before the other, is that ok or should both legs be going over at the same time next to each other? and are the headaches normal?

headaches are just becasue ur not used to all the blood rushing to ur head so that wll passs. both legs should go ver at the same time. if u go faster u will be able to do it better an not take as long.

Yeah man I kinda agree with what d@rk_wr@ith was sayin about gettin hurt...I mean if i mess up a six-step it may result in a rug burn but like if i get the flip to fast im screwed! if i get it to slow...im screwed so i need some tips on how to do it perfect..cus i dont wanna die...dancing, also when i did try a backflip with no experience...
but I can do a front flip ok but i cant land on my feet... im just a useless noob...( need tips on flips) |

omg you cant die from doing a backflip, you ask anyone that can do flips and most of them have landed on their heads and they are still alive. This guide breaks down the BHS for you so you understand the movements involved, all you realy need is a spotter which will reduce your hurting factor to practacly 0
