i think this guide is very helpfull. i will get to workin on it at some point, spring break is commin up and if the weather is clear ill have a lot of free time on my hands, if i learn a backflip or a back handspring from this guide you'll get my full respect.

for all those who are puttin this guy down, give him a break, one guide cant work for everyone.

ok who eva has trouble going from bridge into handstand, u need to have quite flexible shoulders u can do this by doing a hollowback against a wall and stretch your shoulders. then when your going into the handstand from bridge dont kick your legs up but towards your arms and let your shoulders carry you over. hope dis helps.

and this is a backhandspring not a backtuck and who eva said just take away your arms is wrong u can seriously hurt yourself like that, or just learn to do a suicide fall u know whicheva comes first

This is learning more of a back handspring before the flip right. I think he says to land on your hands...and do a bridge and such. Nice guide though...im still wondering why they taught this to people at Physical Fitness camp...dont they have to get in shape first?...not trying to be mean. Peace

Man, first time i tried to do a backflip i just rammed the back of my head into carpeted, with concrete underneath, ground. Hurt so much i've been pretty scared of doing it since.
I have trouble making full sense of the guide but i'll use it and give it a shot, I'm pretty worried I might make a wrong step somewhere while doing the stretching and end up hurting my head again.

I'm having trouble with this thing, have trouble doing step 4. Kick up with my feet and land on my feet. i can't seem to kick my feet right over my head in that position. Does this mean i gotta work more on my leg muscles or what? thanks
