k.... seems nobody looked at this for a long while but i need help...
in step 1: leanin back 2 look bak. if when i do it my upper bodydoesnt lean back a lot unless i florce myself a lot. So should i keep workin on it? in step 2: when i do a backward summersault. is it when u roll on ur back or not? i roll on my back but when it comes 2 my head my body doesnt roll in a straight line anymore So i guess my question here is "is a backward summersault just rolling on ur back?"in step 3: sit down and once u r close 2 the ground do a backwards summersault?. so i crouch then ROLL off my BACK? in step 4: i just cant do dat. i go in a bridge but if i try kickin up my legs my whole body falls. my bridge looks like: .. __ 0/....\ is it cuz my front hand isnt straight enough n it should look like: .. __ 0|....\ Reply plz (btw dont mind the dots in the pic... the thread isnt lettin me put spaces ) |

Can you make a videoguide, that's easier to understand for people from other country's, like me. I would appreciate that.
Nice guide though, keep up the good work! |

"Who ever had the nerve to say "teach me", was considered a sucker, a lil' bitch-ass punk. So you never asked no one to teach you, you never clapped when a nigga did a good move, you just stood there and acted hard, like it didn't phase you. It was all about attitude, everyone else did the clapping, not the B-Boys."

Yeah well, on step four...I cannot kick up into a hand stand from the crab position. It's impossible for me. My back feels like it's about to split open. Do you mean, in step four, to only jump up a little bit and NOT go into the handstand? or what. thanks. damn. I thought I could learn the back-walkover in ten minutes. too bad.

That's it. I'm gonna drink a 24 pack of PBR and THEN maybe I'll have the balls to try a back hand spring/ back flip.
I knew this one kid who knew nothing of bboying, gymnastics, or anything. He never played any sports either. Anyway, his brain was messed up because of all the marajuana and extasy and angel dust he had taken. He was always high. He was only 17. And he could do backflips and BHS and front flips like no one's business. I think the constant high took away his fear. And I know beer will allow me to do many things I wouldn't normally do. So this may well be the answer...hmm... |

lol
btw, I'm not saying to do anyof those bad things...I'm just saying it's all about the FEAR... anyway, there is this girl at my school who says that doing a back walk over is easier than getting into a handstand from a bridge. she says when you fall back wards hold your hands out STREIGHT and lean your head back as far as you can. other wise...Crrraaaaaack there goes your neck. Anyway, there is still the annoying fear when you try this move aswell....but once again, could some one please tell me how to do number 4 in more detail? thanks. i'm still wondering how this only took you 10 minutes or so.... |

I want to learn it before its march, Could that be possible? Or even earlier? Do i need protection or lesson in it first? or just by my own? Did someone ever broke his neck doing it? I schouldnt be scared huh? Creative |

Could someone make a video of this please? I WOULD do it, it's just I need some one to explain to me exactly WHAT to do for each stage so I don't put out the wrong info. If some one give me details, I'll make a video. otherwise, can someone else do it?
