this is a back handspring guide... not back flip. also, vid of your own?
and also, you NEVER look back/ lean backwards (as if ur gonna bridge) when doing a real backflip. that will just propel you backwards and your head and neck will dive into the floor + possibly kill/paralyze you. in a real backflip you wanna look foward and stay in place when you flip and try to rotate ur body in a curled position as fast as possible, not jump backwards!! LOL actually, it takes you 10 minutes just to read that thing XD |
