in the marilyn manson video Tainted Love the breaker thats wearing the "aint nuthin but a Goth thang" shirt does a jumping side flip. its like a cartwheel but he stays facing one way the whole time and doesnt touch hands or nothing. what is this?

no i know what an aerial thats why i said u stay facing the same way the whole time where an aerial u run forward then come out of it backwards. what im talkin bout is standing still u just jump up and barrell roll over

Side Flip...Jus Jump Like a Chartwheel But take away The Hands...easy enuff.try Using a Tuck with it first so U get The feel,Then eventually U can Spread ur Legs and Make it Look Lovely.I gotta Check out That video...

not really like a cartwheel dont think of it that way... instead think of it as more of a front tuck off its axis, its pretty easy just instead of going to the floor jump up, keep looking forward and tuck

the way i learned it was by doin cartwheels a lot so that i could gain enough momentum to hardly even need use my hands. then when you are ready, run and jump at approx. 45 degree angle throw down your lead hand and forcefully kick up your rear leg. the reason for each is 1. the arm gives the body a quick rotation motion, and 2. the back leg throws your body in the air and gets it over your center axis which makes it a hella lot easier to finish it off.
