k, i made this guide a while ago.. but ill post it up again... its a
backhandsping guide for those how need a little help..

Practice these on grass! or something alike...
1. Hold your hands infront of you
2. Swing 'um down, so your arms are behind you
3. lean back like your gonna sit on a chair
4. tip back and jump while you swing your arms as hard as you can, up and back!
5. remeber strait arms til when you land on your hands
6. and your leggs will follow and, hopefully you'll land on your feet
Tips:
1. Strait Arms!
2. Strait Legs! Dont V Shape them. Hold them together!
3. If your handsprings are getting wierd (like they start looking like cartwheels) its probobly beacuse your to scared, so start doing them on grass again.
4. Remeber everything! that the guide tells you

5. You should take a break if your wrists start hurting, if you do them a while
