find a gymnastic gym to go to and practice there. and i cant help you with a standing full that shits madd hard

Oh there's no gymnastic gym in this part of the Philippines...
I learn all my flips on cement and grass... XD... Well if you can't help me on the Standing... Can you gimme tips on a round off full? |

grass is where i practice, but with doing it off a round off what you want to do is get a strong roundoff then bounce as high in the air as you can and do as you would with a normal roundoff backflip except when your going back wards just turn your shoulders to one side. dont cross your arms yet, get this down and once you have it perfect then you corss your arms for a faster spin.

I guess ima get used to doing ma Half Twists before i go Full... Tnx! But I've never tried it off a Round Off before... XD |

if you can do a backflip off a round off then its no biggie to add a twist into it
