well its been 8 months since i started bboying so i thought i wud begin flipping now since i always wanted to do it. so im starting off with the back tuck
heres my questions my frend says backflipping off an object is easier then backflipping on ground. if this is so which backflips are the hardest and easiest backflip off wall? regular backflip or backflip off object im planning to try some oh yeh for a backflip i jux swing my arms up and jump and tuck? or swing arms up jump lean back and tuck? how easy is this move? |

just do a standing back.. no off a object bs
just have a spotter . and no matter what finish tucking even if you feel like you messed keep tucking so you wont land on your head , finsih the flip . you dont just swing jump and tuck you have to lean back a little . just look at tutorials . diffuculty : easy, biggest problem is fear. |

off wall you can literally learn within 5 to 10 tries
back fliping off objects you will get withing your first or second try standing backflip will take you like a week given you dont hesitate, you dont doubt yourself, and you dont doubt your body. just go out and do it! |
