looks real dope, I'm going to set my mind on learning those as well. First I should probably learn back handspring though lol, need to find some sort of safe surface first

but before you try it on hardwood, try it on sand or a gymnastic floor. + heres an extra video of my first headspring LOL. |

if you want to do backhandsprings in place when you do your first bhs bend your knees as soon as you land. if you keep on bending your knees you'll stay in place.
I can do backsprings really well, but not in place. It gets very dizzy |

Can you do a backflip?
It really helps when doing in-place BHS's Idk if you've already heard of this but, if you get something to tie your legs together with, you're BHS technique will greatly improve. It keeps them from coming apart, and for me it helped flex my legs to keep them straight. |

think like you want to whip your legs down to where your hands were when you did your backhandspring and repeat, keep your legs together ( jump back onto hands then whip legs over to where your hands were and repeat)
oh that wasnt a Back Headspring yet lol fyi |
