hi all ..
this is how i train on my flare i hope this will help u ..
these exercises if for CW and CCW..
1- the same thing as number 1 .. but here u have to keep ur body straight and push ur body upward and downward .. do it four times every time 20-40 times .. like push ups

this vid has nothing to do with the back part of flares!
the back part of flare has much to do with open legs and high in the back, this are just pushups with the legs higher as the body, haha ...
