dude before ya learn not ta discourage ya but this moves`a bitchhhhhhh so if it takes ya a while ta learn don't` get discouraged so when learning watch as many peoples flares and read as many guides as possible and study what they're saying and how people are doing the flares that means how their hands are, arms, how their legs are ,etc..... and take day breaks every now and then my best advice to ya. cause my multiple flares are low in the back and i can't figure out a way ta correct em damn!!!! wish i had a gymnast mushroom ta help my form see if ya can find a gymnast mushroom heard it helps a bunch!!!
oh yeah if you feel discouraged and keep on doing the same thing and you cant seem to get anymore, take a little bit of time to think about what you're doing. also, it is important to do everything guides tell you to. REALLY IMPORTANT. dont blow them off like i did, because when you finally get it yourself you'll realize you could've learned faster if you had just paid attention. oh yeah with flares its a must that you stretch. when i first got correct and non-wack single flares, i was so excited that i kept on doing them because i was afraid that i wouldn't be able to replicate them later. unfortunately, i didnt stretch and i pulled my groin, so i cant practice them for a bit
i wish i could do head spins -B-BoyKT
Left leg swings/keeps your hips off the ground. If this leg bends or collapses in any way, you will drop like teh rock in eh pond. - br8kness
thanks i'll internalize it, nice tips there
and yes... once you find the right guide, which tells you the most important things, it helps alot
once my left hand inflammation will pass, i'll start training on flares again
