Problem with rotation - 04-08-2006, 08:35 PM

Ok so heres the deal with my flares, (CW) i swing just fine and get both legs in front of me just fine but the problem is my left leg sometimes slams against the floor or even if i bring it in for my full rotation it literally drags on the floor.. and its REAL hard to get my legs behind me into a planche position kinda. any help? tips? anything? ehh i've been working on flares for only a few days for a couple minutes each time. but plz don't give me advice like "practice more"

when your leg slams into the floor before you get back, you are not swinging right

i wish i could do head spins -B-BoyKT

Left leg swings/keeps your hips off the ground. If this leg bends or collapses in any way, you will drop like teh rock in eh pond. - br8kness
