i just wanna know if im doing it wrong but my right hand hurts when i plant it after my sweeping leg sweeps under my non sweeping leg. i go ccw by the way. it basically just slaps the ground

use a wristguard or something. If your hand is hitting the ground really hard, you'rez probably doing something wrong...

I used to have this problem too. What I had to do was to bring by left hand closer to my body before I swept. This will put it closer to your center of gravity, and you won't fall onto your right hand as hard. I'm not sure if this is your problem too, but try it and see if it works for you as well. Good luck.
