i heard when practicing flares you should always try to do 1 and a half even if ur legs drag because then you get used to doing countuious flares

i did finger tip flares today (not finger tips literally but inner knuckles like if you were doing footwork) but it was weird because even though it was awkward start it turned out good :/ lol any one else ever do this?

Stay consistent with what you practice. Plus later when you're doing continuous you might as well do flat palmed flares D: so you don't break your hands anyway

is there an exact height for a "perfect flare?"
is there such thing as a flare thats "too high?" from what i heard its hips high and legs spread. So is there no limit to the height of your hips? i want to get my flares right. |

my form was good before i could do continuous flares.
most people i know had very bad form, but they hit them continuously earlier than i. |
