ya just 1 question =O...about the hand placement (shifting wieght)
how fast do u have do u have the put your left hand down because....i dont know when....(its easier said then done...) flares end pretty quickly when in front.... just asking how fast u have to put ur left hand down "CW" |

great tutorial. i have one question though. When you come back around for your 2nd flare do you purposefully lean forward or does it just come with the motion?

Oh my god flares lol this move had me so frustrated when I was learning. It is extremely hard to bring your legs like all the way around because you have to stall on your left hand for a bit which isnt easy. If your really into flares pratice planches those are a good flare excersise.

btw j-rock the only problem you have is your not putting your other hand down try AS hard as you can to try to swing it around. Also it might help if you start up a bit faster for a stronger sweep, but thats just my opinion keep practicing and youll have it.

CW> clockwise means you flare turns around like the turn of a clock
CCW> counter clockwise is reverse turn of a CW flare |
