when i do flare my right legs swings and hit my left leg but i did half and i can't continue already... reply me pls

this is wat i can do:

windmill ,babefreez, a bit of head spin, chair freez, two feet swipe, wave, and some other ting i cant name.

this are the one one perfecting right now::

flare ,head spin, munchmill, and trax

my legs weep but i cannot trasfer the weight from 1 hand to the other, when u get 1/2 way around, by the time a have all th weight on the other hand my legs hav hit the ground, please helppp!!!!

swiiiiiing like your life depends on it. your hips should guide your legs... not the other way around.

when i do flares, i do it ccw i think
i can never get passed the begging
when i swing my left leg to the right in a half circle
then i kick my right leg straight up
then my left leg BENDS and my right leg falls hard on ground
HELP

any suggestions
please answer

LOL THANKS much.. i can do one good flare right now.. so im workin on continuing my flares, ill be sure to take this advice and work on it!

DANCING=LIFE

Move list:
six step, three step
switch, coffee grinder, swipes
turtles, spinning turtles, l-kick, keropis, planches, forearm l-kick, chair freeze, head hollows
hand glide.crickets
windmillz, backspin
hand hops(two handed)
bridges, frontflips
flare
handstand

Need:
90's, 200's, aireflare,
flares, halos
one handed hops
back flips
hollowbaks, inverts
windmill variations.
pikes
