Sounds like a hopping flare without any rotation... in order to come back on your hands without rotation you have to spin 360. That is, twisting without rotating.

Else I just cant picture it, hah

Nah, I think we're talking about two different moves. Stabbed flares have different way of working, but they aren't hard neither you just need very comfortable airchairs. They can be done in two ways just like king flares, either with circular momentum or hopping with your legs.

H4ck, if you do king flares the hoping way they're a bit harder to link because they tend to bring your legs down harder. If you're doin them that way you may try the other one.
