ok well this is how it is.. i'm kinda a noobie to flares and shit.. my bro tried to teach me when i was younger buh i wasnt really good at it.. im tryin to learn asap.. and i REALLY need help wit my flares.. im not really good at readin.. then performin the actions.. so if anyone can.. send me some links where i can watch some flares and try to learn it off there

actually... i think its easier if you read... so you know ALL THE STEPS... if you look at pictures you may miss out on some steps... ill give you a REALLY DETAILED thing... i still haven't mastered flares but i basically know how to do them.... im still crashin to the floor though...

1. do some top rock... get some beat...
2. okay split your legs wide
3. have your left leg a lil behind your right... your legs are still split but the left is a little back
4. swing your arms to the right....
5. put your left palm on the floor... JUST THE LEFT PALM....
6. now remember your left leg is a little back...
7. swing that left leg behind you and you want to swing it towards your right ankle... from behind....
8. pick up that right leg now and let the left leg swing through
9. Now you got your right leg up and your left leg swung through and it lifted up...
10. you got your right leg up and your left leg swung and it went up... so you got a cool V shape...
i'm not too sure where to go from there... but practice that part... on like a pillow or somethin... cause you can hurt your anus real bad... oh... and do it on carpet... it hurts like crazy on hard floor... do it on hard floor when your pro at it....
Okay... so follow these steps... but dont do it like peopel normally would do it... dont actually do these things step by step... cause you cant HOLD these moves long... everythings one smooth motion... so try to visualize what these directions look like and then try it on carpet... oh... and careful not to hurt your hip....

ok i have no webcam, or video camera, so ill just try to elaborate on the first guy's help.

1) i like to stand, facing a wall, normally.
2) step back kindof far with your LEFT foot, and sort of lean on your RIGHT knee, stomach to knee.
3) put your LEFT HAND down to th ground, in between your legs and to the left.
4) then kick your LEFT LEG AS HARD AS YOU CAN toward the back of your right ankle, so if you dont move your right foot, your left leg will kick it.
5) then try to kick your RIGHT LEG up a bit so that your left leg can go under it, and you have a bunch of speed going in a CCW motion.
6) put your RIGHT HAND on the floor, on the right of your body, and lift up your LEFT HAND, putting it back down when the legs pass
7) after you get it going, it should be very easy to continue

i havent mastered it yet but its what i do so far
