actually try workin strength then speed. i remember when i was learnin flares, people complain about me goin slow,etc. i was doin half flares at that time and i had enough power to go pretty slow but it wasnt enough to get around, my right feet dragged.

if you do a half flare and your right foot drags, but you dont fall or collapse, (you kno, drag that right foot while the left leg is still high in the air and right hand still supportin you ) than you should probably work on executing it with more speed or your still doin it improper.
