1)start an elbow 90 (like a 90 but collapse from elbow)
2)try and invert keep head close to right elbow (like ur trying to hug your head with it)
3)when u invert, this is when you whip legs, go from elbow to elbow (when ur doing this you should look like ur doing an elbow invert all the way until u land in start position again)
basically:
elbow 90, invert, whip (or pump out), catch ground with other elbow
most people struggle coz they don't understand 'invert' but it's hella easy once u get the concept..
