wanna learn a flare? -

so you want to learn tha kwik and dirty flare?
lets see the basics are..
1. Basically stand yer feet lil more than shoulder width apart
(Right foot up more)
2. Step with your left foot back
3. [x AT THE SAME TiME]
Move your left leg out to between 7 and 8 o clock` so
thats southwest of your body, at the same time lean your left
hand to where your left leg used to be.. ( point it opposite the
way your facing so backwards & left leg in the air above ground
high enough so your comfortable )
4. Sweep ya left leg around..swing it, and keep the LEG
STRAiGHT..
the extension of this move is very important...
at the same time u wanna kick your right leg to your face
to spread your legs out like a v.. when that happens pull your
right arm behind you jus like your left hand is..and keep it
LOCKED!!! locked means straight and not bent and steady
SO..so far your left arm is planted to the floor and some weight is
on your right leg..then you sweep your left leg around right leg kicks towards your face and opens out...the thing to remember is that you dont jus kick and expect your legs to go around by it self? use your hips..if you dont get what im saying get 2 chairs or whatever ..put your 2 arms on the chair and your legs on the other..jus tilt your ass to the left or the right and thats what you should be doing when you spread your legs out...
5. When you open your legs make sure your tryin to kick your
face then your right leg goes outwards, and your left leg is
next to kick your face...and goes around move ya ass..
6. when your left leg is airbourne lift your left hand off of the floor and put it back down when your legs are done makin a circle in the air... to catch yourself so your legs dont touch the ground
