iight for sum reason wen i do my flares i can never lean onto my other arm wen my legs start to come all around. i think its because i put my right arm down too late, i go ccw, when is the right time to put it down?

this ones a common problem in flares...

try to be faster in ur arms and slower in your legs, try to stiff this rite arm when u get to put it on the ground and elevate yo hips in order to pass to the back part of the flare...
