Most people will argue they are the same move, think of it like this:
If you were to do a halo(tracks) without ur head, you would obviously have to straighten ur arms a little more and get more height, now if u were to perform a 'halo' with these modifications, you have done an airtrack.
Now think of the flare, if u had nice flares and were able to flare nice and high, a time would come when you would think 'what if i skipped the front part?'. So what you end up doing is twisting out from the planche position out into the air and then catching back in the high planche position, so it appears you did the front part in the 'air' hence an airflare.
..but both moves use practically the same technique, some might argue there are tiny variations in them, such as, airflares, you invert and hop, whereas airtracks you use a smoother windmill style approach, but they are the same move, just depends how you do it. Kujo does distinctly 'lower' airtracks (more horizontal spin) as opposed to Ruens higher 90-style airtracks.
