how u use "hip" flare masters? -

i have seen many of reading..
every flare master says..."lock your arm , kick hard and use ur hip"
i understand locking my arm ..that means keep my arm staright..
i understand that kicking hard ..i have to kick my legs high ..
but..wut is "using my hip"
i dont reall understand that...
is there a certain way to practice it...
cuz usually i fall with my ass...perhaps..that is my problem..
its not about kicking high
its about kickin hard and outwards
and u fall down cuz your not strong enough to hold urself up... yet
time will come

when you kick hard and outwards it's like you're trying to split ur legs as wide as they go..just a tip. If done right ur hips actually jerk up, it's a feeling u'll know when it happens, but it'll take a while to discover it.I did it so hard the other day it felt like i was gonna fly sideways up in the air!
Using ur hips basically means swing ur hips. And yeah, if u kick hard enough it should make it easier for you to swing ur hips, like if u kick hard forward ur hips will be carried forward and it'll make it easier for u to swing ur hips.. ur legs also help the swing. Its more of a forward-backward swing then a side to side swing btw.

if i swing my legs hard..and kick high...
i would feel the swing of my hips too?
so nothing to do with my waist?
or i need to swing it too lol ( i cannot image the pic that i swing my waist =p)
