How slow can you flare? -

How slow can you flare, or whats the slowest flare u've seen?
Some gymnast i was watching paused in a planche and then started flaring, it's the madest shit i've seen! on top of that, his planche was weird, like he wasn't even leaning, almost like this: ``````|` |

lol, i can't decide whether shoes help or not..when i'm bare footed, i feel light and powerful, but then shoes help me swing hard sometimes, although it feels like i got weights attached to my feet!

i sumtimes like to flare with shoes now lol!
cuz wen its slow its looks like.... BULLET TIME TO ME lol i like B.E but not too much.... without shoes makes it faster for me but sumtimes i loose control. |
