well, i did capoeira for 4 years, now its been 3 years since i stopped, there are several moves in breakdancing as we all know from that martial art, such as the l-kick the valdez floor flip, the moves i hate, i masterd them and dislokated my should twice doing them, 2 months no breaking
ok as u already saw comming, i learned to mini flare, to kick someones knees out of balance or even crushing it from the inside of the knee
We needed to kick REAL HARD, and that seems to be ur problem i think, u dont kick hard enough the second time, and u lose ur momentum, try leaning a little back to but not to much, and turning around allitle, u dont like to windmill at the saime place to
