Your right leg is piking way too high unproportional to your left leg. You seem to be using too much leg and not enough hips. Legs will help you get around, but it takes so much lil effort if you use ur hips more. Think circular not just kicking leg to leg. Also, you might find it easier with your hands facing more to its side, ie at the start, your left hand looks like its going into a handstand, should point it more to the left like turtles. When your right arm drops to the ground, it is moving a bit slow so your body travels faster and you end up sagging. Also keep your arms closer to your body, You go really wide and that requires more strength and less control of your built up momentum. Think of mini mill get up, your hips and legs should travel similar to that. Keep that first left leg, the swinging leg closer to ground, the higher it is when you start means the leg width is closing therefore like mills will be shitter. Keep those legs wide, you are hardly in v when both hands go down. The v helps airbourne so much. Try another method, instead of planting hand down first, start swinging then plant from waist twisted in opp direction.
