My wrist is bad too, i have a wrist support but its not extremly helpful, what i need are exercises to strenghen the wrists, er not wrist push ups ok!

Videos wouldn't hurt. I think it'd be a bit easier to see. Just do a few in front of the camera and slow it down maybe? It'd probly help a lot of people.
