to "hop" over... this is how i do it.. (goin CCW) after the initial swing, and im on ma left hand about to hop over to my right hand.. im balancing on my left arm for a split second, turnin my head from left to right and sorta shoot my chest out as i bring my right arm across and hop on to it. dont be scared your only in the air for like half a split second. And for the continuous part i keep my legs swinging and hips rotating like im doing mills, but the only difference is inorder for me to get more momentum i sorta invert my self everytime i come back around from the "hopping" and shoot my legs back out . from standing:
as i dip down and shoot out my legs through my left side (left arm planted and right arm up for a second) and my legs swing across to my left side, (right arm down and left arm up). as soon as my legs are headed for the back like im about to do push ups without my legs touchin the floor (FLare people know what im talkin about) i gently sorta push UP with my arms and lift my hip up so i catch some air between the floor and my legs and twist my hip and legs givin it momentum and swing (both hands are still on the floor) i lift my right arm up and swing across my chest to my left side, shooting my chest out and turnin my head towards my left... and the rest you should know what to do before you attempt =] g'luck
Can you break you neck doin this....i almost did...i did kick enough with the first leg and stopped in mid air.....now im gettin 1 turn but not landing on both arms clean....and ill keep on trying...
I was bustin my first Airflare, but I landed on my fingers instead of my hand. Luckely I didn't broke them. Is it possible to break your fingers with Airflares. My fear is back now...

my problem is i cant hop over and catch successfully,
i start like im doin a 90 try to keep ma legs wide straight and kick and twist like am doing a mill
but when it comes to hopping, my right leg bends down to the ground and i collapse before i can catch, and what the hell do u mean by inverted? u mean upside down? at a forty five degree angle? or straght up? HELP !!! im bustin my ass here
how the hell do i start going in the air? lol i cant figure out how to move my legs. how hard is it menatlly to turn yourself over in the air. how long does this move take??? are air flars done but kicking legs or "hoping" on the top point?
Hello to everyone! I'm an Italian Breaker who loves the powermoves...
I can already do Flare, Swipes, Windmill, Tomstone Windmill, Turtle(Cricket, Jackhammer) but now i'm trying to learn Airflare(Airtrack).
The main problems are two:
1-After a bad falling(at home) my left wrist(the one where i must land) hurts...
It's not broken but it hurts very much...
2-When i'm in shape and i try airflares, when i have to lend on my left hand my legs fall down with my body. I don't understand the left leg kick.
(I start flare and airflare in clockwise direction)
I'm grateful to anyone that could help me, even teaching me some wrist exercises to make them strong.
I'm sorry for the bad english, i'm italian after all...
