Anubis good guide but I think you didn't stress the importance of body inversion!
Think of an airflare this way, you go into a 90, but instead of handstand you INVERT(ask if you don't know what an invert is) and hop(pump out) legs and catch ground with other arm.
If you were to walk an airflare, you would simply do a handstand, 45 degrees to your side you would walk into an invert then back to handstand! this is a mad simple way of practicing walking airflares..I doesn't work as well for elbow airflares because it's harder to elbow invert!
There are two techniques to do airflares, you can hop them or do em smooth. The hopping one you 90, invert, pump legs hop and catch and the smooth one you have to invert your body from underneath your legs (kinda like when you hold a cat upside down and drop it, it twists to see the ground!), the reason people fall is because they don't invert enough

the reason i didnt stress is because theres more then one version, more then two actually..
look at boy, tough kidd, do knock, poisen, n a few others..like kareem, they all do them different. u can do them vertical like do knock which means u hardly become inverted, u can do them layed out, same thing, hardly inverted, u can walk them whihc means u can go inverted or not, u can swing them, or pike them...
personal preference
Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.
Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

im thinking it would take some/alot balance to walk through an airflare
cuz u would be in a angled hand stand, then u go to one hand, invert, then place the other hand down, u couldnt really walk through that, id think u would have to do that pretty fast (IMO)
i used to try to just do a sky scraper (legs open) then just hop every now and then, cuz it would look like an air flare sorta
i wanna get elbow air flarez

That helps a lot, good way to practice. Things seem so much more clear with the invert technique. Props to you.

Anibus can you please do a guide for continuous airflares. I have one but as soon as I put my second hand down my legs come down (Still in a V shape tho). I dont know when to swing for my second rotation no how to keep my right leg up when I catch. Do I heed to arch my back when I catch, do the forward splitz when I catch etc etc. I just dont know. Please help me cos I know I could do multiples if I just knew the technique.
