i think i got the same problem.. i fall on my side... sometimes when i move faster my hands i can follow the rotation hehe.. some1 could help us?

when u do flares do u have to keep ur legs straight all the time? because when I reach to my left my legs bend but not really that far. When I kick my legs r straight then they bend a little can some one help

try to keep ur legs straight all the time.. its hard but if u do that u can do a flare.. but keep practicing man..
i got a problem 2... i was practicing.. and i always fell on my side.. and my friends told me that i was slow on my hands.. then i tried puttin them faster and i could go to finish the round. but sometimes i fall on my gut.. when my legs are behind me.. what i gotta do?.. |

first guy..
keeping them as straight as possible is the best but u can bend them a little. second guy.. make sure ur just not moving them faster, u need to be on stable arms and lean over them. if ur just on them barely, ur not going to far. |

well, if we done the 1st round in front ..when we goin to back .. the correct way is how ? legs open ? and swing it high? mine "flare is left to right circle " |

hahahaha....i've just read your guide Anubis....VERY NICE....wish i had it b4 ....when i had no flares...just a lot of "flare problems"....lol.....
