arms???? -
11-03-2003, 10:37 PM
im still learnin my power moves... an i cant do flares for sh*t... but i was wonderin... we got all these good guides... but they dont talk about the arms.... okay... you got your hips workin and your legs swinging and kickin... but this all goes on while your on your arms rite? but its not like your just on both arms the whole time and moving your legs round... you lift and shift weight... i think thas important... cause if your arms dont know how to keep you up... your legs wont get anywhere whether it was doin the right stuff with the hips...

Yeah Anubis' guide works wonders for those who have no clue what they're doin wrong. A little advice, i know this sounds corny but just get a hoola hoop and hoola wit it for a while. That way you train your hips how to swing. That's how i learned my flares cuz I used to throw instead of swing my legs and hips. Trust me it works
