Well... his name IS soviet. There's nothing wrong with being communist. they are cool people.

ok i dont think you posted this anubis, but i think it is important. remember to stretch! i learned this the hard way, you can 1. get your legs wider for better flares, and 2. you wont stretch out or pull anything.
i hope that serves useful for new ones

I think most people would realize you need to stretch, we talk about it enough and anyone who gets into any physical activity knows u should and it helps generally speaking. Didnt wanna insult anyones intellegence lol.
