How to get high in back ?

i practise flare 6 mouths ago i can do 2 flare now
but i can't get higher in back
any tips

You want to get high? Marijuana is your best friend. Ain't nothing like that Cali green lol. I don't smoke any of that, but that's one of many ways to get high.

As far as flares, try and get into hand stand when you get in the back.
Practicing those will help you out in getting them flares high from behind.
