Flares not high enough. - 06-22-2009, 10:23 PM

There is it im trying to go into 2000's after my flares but actualy looks like i need to be more higher into the back but i dunno if they are any excerices that could help me out or just my experiance(with flares) will get me high enough one day?!?

try to hold your right leg up longer. even when you get to the back, keep it up there because your swinging it back down

Thanks for the tips but i tryed and it freaking hard my leg always fall down any excercise that i can try ?

try out dragging your left leg a bit on the ground so you get the motion of how to get into it. Maybe after you get used to that motion you will be able to do it without draggin your feet.

Hmm like 5 sec :P well if you ask me this that probably would help me so i will train my planches, but as you can see when im trying to get into 2000's my legs dont touch the ground in the back i have my hands in a 2000's position but my legs are kinda ..hmm not in the air zzz

Hold your right higher which = kick even harder on your launch. When you kick your left leg under from the front follow with your head to get your ass and hips up. Follow what I'm saying? Keep chuggin man your close.

Also do swipe to handstand as well this will help. Good luck.

Also remember how long it took you just to get a decent flare? Repetition brotha.

hand stand pushups? or when your about to 2000s, tuck your leg in and kick straight up
