By the way Bleach - may I call you Bleach? Something about the setup for this "contest" has been bothering me. I'm sneaky as fuck, and I'm pretty good at figuring out other people who are sneaky as fuck - this trakz dude is totally using all you guys for exposure. I mean, come on, he'll have 4 more videos announcing winners because "voting doesn't work derrrr," with all your videos linked to each respective one.

I think for him it's totally business, and he's getting away with using 16 MC's for free. I really hope to God you're having fun with this, man. By the way, you kicked Drigz ass.

Yeah most youtube stuff seems to work off the idea of cross promotion, unfortunately everyone has like the same 20 fans, so you get like 1 more listener and 10 more rappers every contest.

Also, can't say no to a free beat lol.

Except, he gets no new viewers from the vids. Just the same old people that were already in the contest/following it.

I'm pretty sure only partner vids pop up in the whos watching what now thing. I'm not positive about that, but on one of those "i hate how youtube is getting" videos i think they said that. But JRod is right, for the most part the view count is misleading as it's mostly the dudes in the contest that view the contest vid multiple times and similarly everyone in the contest looks at other people in the contests videos. So he gets a couple videos with alot of views but mostly from a small audience.

And yeah i agree with tykwon... I think there are a fair few dudes overrated on the toob. I do like grandma on drums though, dude be unique.

Edit: and with the other completed battles i think:
GOD took his one... that one was hard to judge though coz of the different styles. I think wydeframe god bodied hard, other dude was off beat but frame was shit. And g8a dominated considerably.

Listen, you've got a successful strategy and I respect that, but in reality I feel it's something a mediator/arbitrator familiar with Johan Galtung would call structural violence. I'm just trying to look out for guys who I know have exceptional talent, and not see them get exploited. I don't know if this is really a win-win, mutual benefit situation. For all parties involved, I hope it is. So let's leave it at that.
