So weak....

I mean, seriously.
At this point, I'm at the extreme beginning of an attempt to become a Bboy.
Because, I don't think I'm strong enough.
When it comes to something EXTREMELY simple, like the turtle freeze?
Yeah. I can't do that very long. Maybe 10 seconds, if I'm lucky.
How could I manage to hold that freeze longer and get significantly stronger? Is it slightly because of my age (13 years old, can't really do anything insane yet :/)? Or am I just WAY too weak, because with some moves, I actually do know the right position to hold the move in, I just can't hold it for very long.
And one more thing, I do practice alot, and I do get a little stronger, but it's really not enough to show much of an effect...
And I'm not a bboy.... as far as I know (which really isn't much) it'll take a while until I can actually even SLIGHTLY breakdance...
Anyways, thanks for help, if you do reply!

I used to break, never got THAT far, but ended up dropping it for studies, school, work, and all those other things that people deal with life. I'm trying to find inspiration for myself because my old crew is starting to kick it again and i personally see major improvement through them. I know i can kind of use that as a drive to get going again but i feel like its not enough. A drive with no purpose?

So i'm just wondering what type of inspiration got you people into breaking and kept going? And if you have any recommendations as to what i should do shoot

Barefooted training?

Well, i wanna know, *is training barefooted safe?* and by training, i meant handstands, footworks, freezes, tops and stuff... my floor is damn hard, and being asian means no shoes in the house...

I asked this because i was doing steps, and while i was "squatting", i was thrown off balance towards the front, and i bent my left thumb-toe too much... it's been a couple of days, and it still hurts... it's probably a strain or something, but still... so another question is, *any stories regarding barefooted training?* (so at least i know i'm not the only one... lol)

Having alot of trouble continuing mills, VIDEO

Hey guys. I've been practicing mills on and off for a couple months, and I've got one rotation down clean, but I have alot of trouble continuing.

Here are two vids of me attempting windmills...
<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/0zHs-RqCbQQ&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" *****************="always" width="425" height="344">

I think I've got enough momentum before I kill it when I try to link them. I know that I have an issue with restabbing, really, I have no idea how to even get high enough to get back to the hanglide position, and it feels like my kicking leg is just gonna go straight into the ground. I also freeze up really bad when I roll to my front, probably cause I'm afraid my knees/feet are gonna smash the floor. How to get over it? I'd appreciate any help guys.

What should I learn?

So, some of you guys might've seen my other posts about what power-moves to learn, but this is something different:

Everyone here seems to talk a lot about foundation, what exactly should I do to build my foundation as a bboy?

The things I know so far:
-A few toprocks (but the only one I'm decent at is the cross step and the thingy where you put your leg behind the other and flash it out?)
-Baby, Hangglide, Turtle, Chair freezes
-Handstands at 15 seconds no movement
-Six-step, 12-step, Kinda 2-step, Zulu spins
-Callie, Coindrop

What I'm learning:
-Hangglide spins
-Back to baby
-1-Leg Swipes
-Planche

What I'd like to get to (eventually, I understand these'll take a year or more):
-L-kick
-Mills
-Flares
-90s

Any suggestions on what I should learn? Like, what would help me get to those things on the last list? Also, what exactly are good top-to-ground transition moves? (I.E. How do I actually get into my six-step or hangglide or baby?)
