Hey everybody! I'm a beginner at beatmaking and i've been working with a midi keyboard and garageband on a mac. I've been thinking about taking the next step and buying Logic Pro 9. First off I was wondering what are the advantages of using Logic over garageband? Also, does anyone have any suggestions of equipment to buy? (I'm particularly interested in making heavier beats, which i have been unable to do through midi options in garageband) Thanks!
