2vs2 to determine who will go and represent Montreal in the Vancouver Finals of Cipher Famous.
AFTERPARTY @ Shine The Lounge
1vs1 to determine Montreal's Cipher King/Queen who will go and represent Montreal in the Vancouver Finals of Cipher Famous.
15$ in advance, includes ticket to both events.

OUR VISION:
Cipher Famous was founded under the concept that a bboy or bgirl can gain greater recognition from ciphering than winning a competition. Today it seems like the majority of bboys and bgirls show up to a jam, sit down or warm up, and then battle in the main event. The vibe and energy from the ciphers just isnt what it should be. What looks like a cipher usually ends up being a circle where bboys take turns practicing moves, falling down, and then leaving. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where the people who represent in a cipher all day are equally as rewarded as the bboys and bgirls who win the competition.
Support for CIPHER FAMOUS will continue to grow as we build stronger relationships with bboys/bgirls, promoters, businesses, and arts organizations across the country. With YOUR support, we can unite Canada and make the CIPHER FAMOUS NATIONAL TOUR a great success. We have also included two US tour stops, Seattle, WA and Eugene, OR because Washington and Oregon have both played a pivotal role in developing the Western Canadian Scene.
FORMAT
-One Cipher King/Queen to be named at each tour stop
The winning crew and reigning Cipher King/Queen will receive a prize to be put toward their travel to the Cipher Famous National Finals in Vancouver at the end of July 2008.
