cyphers are just..... cyphers...
your there or your not... they go on during battles and during intermissions... they go on pretty much the whole day... at random.... don't worry, you won't miss em..

Wow this event is so far... I'm going to go with maybe on going to this. If I can convince someone to go with me I might go but I don't feel like making a 2+hr drive on my own lol.
