Try and land more on your upper back and practice more because so far it looks like you have the concept down and you have good form. And you did roll on your shoulders correctly =]

Oh also, i've noticed that before you went to the ground, your legs went a little high try and lower them a little bit...only a little. Other than this, good job

i tried doing coindrops on my wood floor . and its like i lost all my form . i think im scard of hitting da floor . do u think ill ever be able to do it on floor or lino n how do other ppl do it on hard surfaces

The fear of hitting the floor is pretty natural, however when u perform the coindrop, your supposed to be rolling on your shoulders. Because of this, pain would be greatly reduced *if there is any*. This is why bboys can do this on hard surfaces cuz they're not really dropping, they're rolling into a drop xD

o i c . i also watched a vid but his coin drop lookd more like a mill from a standing position . cuz as he droppd da arm dat was suppose to collapse.. he actually postd wit it .but i read da comments and dey sed it was a coindrop so idk . ill make a vid . of me doing wat he did to see wat da deal is .. im only trying it bcuz . wen u post wit dat arm it reduces a lot of pressure wen going down but looks like it also stops da momentum

you are collapsing really low on your back

if you keep doing that you will one day hurt your back BADLY. i know from experience lol try colapsing higher up on your back.

Alright, it seems many people are having an issue with not getting high enough on your back. The best advice i have to offer? Punch your nuts. Seriously. Which ever way your dropping, the side that you would normally come down onto first( your right or left), take that arm and bring it in a motion that's honestly, like punching your nuts. For those who take things literally, you obviously don't punch yourself, but your first is gonna come in between your legs pretty close. Give it a try. While it may not make sense in text, do the motion while your winding up and you'll see what i mean.

bounce your legs towards your head,
keep your legs in a perfect straight form (no bends)
get higher on your back
dont use your arms, or else its just a plain windmill drop
swing your arms before you drop so you get the momentum, then just go and drop it
