pain from suicide -> freeze -

i am currently trying to link freeze with a jump start suicide. basically, you just from standing position and go straight down to a freeze, my hands r been very painful
btw, my right rib cage is starting to hurt...is it from the freezes? should i stop until it heals? |

i guess try stabbing lower or u will just get it with practice, its not hard once u get it.... and zuloon u no what he ment.........

same here my ribs hurtin as well but now its more along my back......it shifted sorta but i know what u mean. u just got to suck it up though and eventually it'll heal. i say just keep freezin cause if you stop and do it again its just gonna come back so maybe stop for a day or two, maybe a week at most but you better make it up.

Start lower. Jump into it from your knees, then gradually start to get higher and higher until you can do it from standing completely straight.

bend your arms or something when you land, so the shock is absorbed..dont start with your hands in the freeze position.

try jumping into a turtle stall from standing, but first do it from the back of the 6 step, then higher and higher till u can agressivly do it from standing
