So you mean that you're trying to do the forest law from tekken things right?
if so...you need to start off crouching and jumping backward onto the ground.
you should probably get used to jumping backward and sliding on your shoulders first. the object is to get used to falling onto your shoulders. kip up and go back down onto your shoulders and repeat this SEVERAL times.
Think of this move as a power move. you'll need a lot of power to kip up to your feet after jumping all the way back. .........oh yeah! be very flexible (trust me...bad experience. it involves the lower back and days of limping)

1) crouch down
2) lean backard and jump into kip up position
3) kip up
4) repeat from step 2.
*) the better you get, the higher you stand.
*) soon you will be able to jump backward and lower yourself from a handstand and stall like a suicide.

PEACE and GOOD LUCK

p.s. watch your head
