i have been having trouble finding a useful guide for a sweep drop and i find that video guides are much easier to follow so can someone please record or find a video guide for a sweep drop that can help me understand how 2 do sweep drops thanks

i can do the helicopter bit but i cant get into the handstand thing bit lol

1. u can sweep into handstand with alot of strength...
2. tech: while u sweep when u nearly come down u press on the floor with ur feet the come of the ground into handstand then its easy if ur doing it fast and smoothly u wont see it nearly

Why not just do a sweep drop into a six step...? then do a swipe into a handstand!

yeah really i thought i sweep drop was when you sweep your leg like a helicopter into your 6-step i didnt know you could get into a hs wit it. but then would it technically be concidered a drop if you got into a hs?
