The Jump Back Suicide (OH SO SCARY!! NOT)
Im gonna go over the key to landing a Jump Back Suicide with as little pain as possible, so lets begin
Alright if you have ever thought about doing a suicide and then it just scared you to death when u were about to try it have no fear, with these tips i guarantee very lil pain. Now the Jump Back Suicide involves jumping up into the air and landing onto the back, bot that in itself is an illusion, if u watch that video closley I land on my shoulders/upper back first(when i come down), Your upperback is more tolerant to big blows such as landing on concrete, your lower back and tailbone usually give you problems if you land on them.
Now when you jump (to start out) try just starting by stand in a kneeling position and just jump back onto your upper back, try this as a warm up to get your back used to contact
Now after you can do this succesfully with very small discomfort try standing a lil higher and higher until your finally fully standing, now remember this let your arms come down at the same time ur back lands to the floor, palms smacking the floor(you dont wanna smash your elbow)
When you jump try to bring your knees to your chest or stomach to help the positioning of landing on your upper back
When your finally comfy with the standing landing try jumping higher before you land and you will eventually have a nice looking Suicide
And soon after you have a successful Jump Back Suicide you'll realize your rubberbands will be more comfy and soon youll be able to attain armless Rubberbands, so keep safe and practice, I hope this guide helped somebody, peace
