That was quite informative considering that it is not a complicated move. It was a great idea that you pointed out what NOT to do, I think that really adds up to make a great guide.

Thanks! its not a hard move at all, but people have alot of trouble with it when starting out and i added the what not to do because of my own mistakes that really hurt my knee. BIG TIME lol. Thanks again.

uh... you shouldve put in the connecting part.. (f.e. knee drop to toprock?? knee drop to freeze?? etc.)

I messed up both of my knees doing this move lol, I think I did it too fast...it's nothing big though, but I dont think I like this move...never liked how it looked in the first place :P

I've never really bothered about knee drop, but thanks cos now i know its not landing on the knees. The guides dope, im gonna introduce it into my moves.
